# La billetera a la que quiero retirar me pide un "MEMO", ¿Qué debo hacer?

En el caso que la wallet de retiro te pida un MEMO, la transferencia no podrá ser realizada directamente desde nuestra plataforma.

Para poder evitar este problema, retira tus monedas hacia otra billetera que no te pida un MEMO, y desde allí envía tus monedas a la billetera a la que originalmente querías retirar.
